• Follow all safety and housekeeping policies and procedures • Install, maintain and rebuild electrical power for facility and machinery to electrical codes • Operate equipment to diagnose and correct malfunctions, estimate time, determine solution • Use electrical test equipment including ohmmeter, voltmeter, amp meter, oscilloscope • Work from prints, schematics, diagrams, layouts, manuals and verbal sources as required • Perform maintenance mechanic functions, disassembly, assembly, adjustments, rebuild • Operate saw, engine lathe, milling machine, drill press, forklift, cranes, welder • Use and ensure proper handling and disposal of chemical and substances • Support lean and continuous improvement activities • Performs other duties as assigned
• 3 to 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience • Extensive experience with mechanical and electrical controls or equivalent military training • Strong CNC controls and electronics troubleshooting skills (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma) • Machine tool repair experience (Okuma, Mori Seiki, Makino, Toyoda) • Experience with Hydraulic / Pneumatic systems • PLC programming and Ladder logic, AC/DC Drives • P.A. Electrical license preferred • P.A. Apprenticeship program graduate preferred • Journeyman electrician • Familiarity with general manufacturing and assembly processes. • Ability to work flexible/extra hours (per business need)
