Wayfair Manager, B2B New Services in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>About Wayfair Professional (aka Wayfair B2B):</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Wayfair Professional is the ‘gated’ experience of Wayfair dedicated to all business customers.&nbsp; We organize our customer base and corresponding offering (site and sales) into 7 industry verticals, prioritizing our Interior Design, Commercial Office and Contractor experiences. In 2021, we expect to generate $2B in GRS and we are on a journey to being a $5B+ business by 2025 (+30% YoY growth), with over a $300B opportunity to cover across North America and Europe over the subsequent 10 years.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wayfair Professional is looking for an experienced leader to guide the growth, strategy, and adoption of our attached services, including products like protection plans and assembly. We aim to provide best in class offerings for our customers and are making significant investments in these new products to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. As the Manager, B2B New Services, you’ll be the B2B business champion and work alongside our partner teams to manage our existing suite of services, advocate for product enhancements, and launch de novo solutions to better meet our customer’s needs.</span></p>

<h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for the strategy and execution of our existing commercial warranties business, as well as growing utilization of 3rd party assembly partnerships through our B2C home services team. Includes:</span></li>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cross functional partnership with Engineering and Operational teams to improve the customer experience</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Testing into new customer and sales team messaging</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pricing strategy for our commercial offerings</span></li>

</ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Focus heavily on adoption of these offerings, innovating our approach to continue delighting our customers</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Function as the B2B lead for these services in close coordination with B2C partners</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Represent B2B in company wide planning as Wayfair continues to innovate and improve upon our attached services experience</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as “voice of the B2B customer” / B2B advocate within larger projects managed by other functions</span></li>

<h3><strong>What You'll Need</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A successful self-starter with experience launching new product/service offerings</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Given the strategic and cross-functional nature of this role, the qualified candidate must have strong quantitative and analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority and a collaborative mindset.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Can simplify complex processes/concepts to drive understanding and alignment both internally and externally to our customers</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a matrix environment and managing cross-functional projects required.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a fast-growth company or shaping your own work plan</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience required</span></li>
