The successful candidate will lead the delivery of projects related to clean transportation to support our clients in their decision-making surrounding decarbonizing transportation. In addition to managing the project team to successful delivery, the candidate will also act as a clean transportation subject matter expert contributing to the delivery of projects collaborating and innovating with clients to define the effective path forward. The ideal candidate will have experience with various aspects of transportation decarbonization including knowledge of alternative fueled vehicles, transportation planning, charger hardware and software providers, and utility planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of management consulting projects relating to clean transportation

  • Support proposals and business development with clients in the same business area.

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the EV landscape especially related to the EV driver ecosystem and challenges, workforce development, EV providers, interested stakeholders, and policy objectives.

  • Support proposals and business development with clients in the same business area.

  • Lead the development of frameworks, templates, to provide direction to team members, review and provide feedback and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

  • Develop clear, concise reports and presentations for review by project manager

  • Support the execution of projects in other Management Consulting business areas

  • Contribute to multiple projects at any given time.

  • Master’s degree

  • Knowledge of a complete engagement lifecycle

  • Building business development capability

  • Advanced technical or industry knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge in one or more aspects of consulting processes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Certifications

Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.
