Thermo Fisher Scientific Manager, Integrated Customer Programs REMOTE in Boston, Massachusetts
Key position on the Commercialization team under Divisional Marketing. You will be leading impactful commercialization programs, working closely other Senior Leaders across the Division. Enabling divisional STRAP development, actively supporting our divisional wide marketing programs, from planning to execution. We need a person who is passionate about our customers and about working with both Marketing and Sales teams across the globe. The ideal candidate has good level of project management skills, data driven, detailed oriented, and with an ability to understand the big picture.
Have ownership of a specific global commercialization program. This position will work closely with the peers and Marketing leaders as they plan and craft this program. This role will also closely work with Vertical Marketing and Product Marketing teams, throughout the process. There is also a need to coordinate with Regional Marketing teams and Sales leadership to drive execution for this program. This includes leading execution across the regions, handling costs, supervising revenues and pipeline associated with programs.
It is a newly formed team and you will have the ability to help us define the processes and operating rhythm, and connection points throughout the organization.
Builds operational program management plans and tactical marketing plans for specific campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successfully owns the execution of those plans
Responsible for the roll-out and overall management of global marketing programs to support pipeline growth, marketing strategy, and revenue growth
Collaborate with key partners including product marketing, product management, regional marketing commercial, business unit leaders and other marketing personnel to drive program management
Programs will be large scale, sophisticated, multi-channel projects across brand, creative, insights, media, PR, field and channel marketing. Develops a deep understanding of each of these groups, the role each plays, and the dependencies in the development of coordinated marketing campaigns
Measure and report on projects/campaign and progress against goals; root cause, counter measure
BA in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is desired
5+ years Marketing or Commercial experience
Experience leading global and sophisticated projects are a differential
Analytical approach and detailed oriented

Strong leadership skills including the power to influence leadership and peers at all levels
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
