Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$87,900.00 - $145,100.00

What Is the Opportunity?

The Manager, Strategic Initiatives Office of Enterprise Architecture primary responsibility is to provide consulting and analytic support to the business leaders in the development and execution of major projects and initiatives to enable achievement of the business plan.

The Strategic Initiatives Office of Enterprise Architecture is responsible for driving key strategies, to achieve our ambitious Technology and Operations Goals. This role will be responsible for supporting those key strategic initiatives , financial planning and operational execution.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform research and current state analysis: define challenges and pain points.

  • Perform moderately complex strategic analysis, business analysis and cost/benefit analysis.

  • In conjunction with Directors, helps to transform business strategy into tactical plans for execution.

  • Supports market level planning and execution.

  • Provides facts and analysis to assist the leadership team in solving complex problems.

  • Assists in building the storylines and presentations to communicate current & future state, gap analysis and recommendations.

  • May facilitate business meetings with the leadership team, and/or assist in preparing agendas and content for meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 5 years business experience.

Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

  • MBA preferred.

  • Knowledge of property casualty insurance

  • .Strong understanding of insurance industry and market dynamics.

Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and platform skills.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Access skills a plus. Knowledge of financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Project management skills.

  • Preferred hand-on experience in technology role

  • Preferred experience in Technology, experience in an Architecture organization is a plus

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
