Industrialization Manager ( Industrialization Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Industrial Engineer ) :

• Support the development and implementation of the manufacturing and assembly processes for railway carborne and wayside signaling systems equipment.

• Participate in ECN ( engineering change notice ) process to ensure that any change are effectively implemented in the manufacturing/ assembly process

• Determine and validate resource allocation necessary to ensure production achieves necessary output to adhere to project delivery schedule

• Support continuous improvement and implementation of best practices in various manufacturing processes

• Provide reports and KPIs on production process, including escalation of bottlenecks and other roadblocks that would endanger output and delivery schedule

• Ensure that all processes and finished products adhere to the applicable manufacturing standards such as IPC / WHMA-A-620 for cable harness manufacturing, and AWS for metal fabricated components

  Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics on a in a similar engineering discipline

• Experience in a similar industrialization role in an electrical / electro-mechanical / industrial electronics products engineering and manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings including electrical diagrams, metal fabrication drawings, and product assembly drawings

• Background in quality engineering, quality control, product quality standards, maintaining product and process compliance with required regulations ( ISO, AS9100/13100, OSHA)

• Strong knowledge of lean production principles, material flow optimization and continuous improvement processes
