What You’ll Be Doing:

The Marketing Development Manager (MDM) is the dedicated point of contact for each facility, acting as trainer, consultant, advisor, and business developer. They will coordinate with all departments to ensure customers receive consistent quality support. The MDM is accountable for customer satisfaction, maximizing growth within the assigned facilities, as well as working to streamline processes both at the customer site and within ESM

Collaboration Opportunities:

The Market Development Manager reports to MDM Lead with dotted line responsibility to MDD. The MDM will interact with MDDs, the Growth sales leader, and other MDMs to ensure all customers and facilities receive the highest level of service and attention.

The Day-to-Day

  • Expedites the collection of all new facility account paperwork from the facility’s administrator, ensuring a smooth and swift onboarding process.

  • Coordinates and facilitates on-site onboarding with new facility administration and support staff.

  • Manages implementation tasks associated with the initial ramp-up of new facilities, ensuring proper training, documentation completion, and process establishment.

  • Works with new facilities using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, secures signed agreements, and tracks implementation status with the IT department.

  • Performs weekly reviews of outstanding documentation and submits formal requests to escalate aged documentation to the facility point of contact and/or administrator.

  • Provides refresher training for struggling facilities and employees, especially during times of employee turnover, and assists MDDs in identifying opportunities to expand territories.

  • Attends sales meetings, trainings, conventions, and trade shows as requested, serving as a subject matter expert and liaising among various departments and representatives.

  • Works closely with the VP of Operations to provide information and data for the completion of weekly revenue forecasting reports, driving success to new heights.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrates the capability to work autonomously with precision, swiftly addressing variances and discrepancies.

  • Extensive knowledge in medical terminology, reimbursement, and coding.

  • Exemplary problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in challenging environments.

  • Consistent record of surpassing customer expectations.

  • Adaptable to remote work and willing to undertake travel commitments up to 60%.

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
