Robert Half is looking for a Marketing Analyst for a 3+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote; 37.5 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for building and updating dashboards, evaluating and reporting on campaign insights, and presenting recommendations to marketing and leadership stakeholders. They will also prepare repots, lead ongoing A/B testing for campaign targeting, analyze ad spend, and assist technology teams with data governance as needed. Must have 5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience and familiarity with data management tools such as Tableau or Sprinklr. Prior healthcare or pharma industry experience is preferred. Requirements

• Degree in marketing, business, or related

• 5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience

• Demonstrated history within a complex, matrixed data setting

• Experience with digital media, social listening, and audience insights

• Familiarity with Tableau, Sprinklr, or related tools

• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Domo, or related tools

• Prior experience with mobile, social, and app marketing a plus

• Ability to distill complex information into insights/reports

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-starter

• Strong project management skills

• Familiarity with healthcare or pharma industries is a plus
