Great opportunity for someone who is looking for a part-time permanent position. AEC firm looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator or Manager on a part-time permanent basis. Ideal candidate will have prior AEC experience. The position will be 24 hours a week and the client would prefer someone who can work 4-5 days a week onsite but would also consider three days a week onsite to get to the 24 hours a week. There is potential that this position could go to full-time hours in a few years if the person was open to it. Must have strong writing skills and attention to detail. Will be working on RFPs, RFQs, client presentations, award submissions, press releases, and newsletters. Must be skilled in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel. Salary is open depending on qualifications.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience working in marketing with an architecture, engineering, or construction management firm.

• Must have experience with RFPs, RFQs, client presentations, and industry award submissions.

• Must be skilled in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel.
