Bank of America Marketing Product Manager I in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for product marketing and sales support as part of the Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs team. The role will specifically be responsible for product marketing for solutions from the Investment Solutions Group.

• Support core product marketing shelf for the firm’s core investment solutions

• Timely and effective development, execution and management of marketing and communication strategies and campaigns

• Develop project plans and to support product launches and platform enhancements

• Support execution of investment content for digital and social channels

• Support ISG specialist team priorities

• Provide project management support for ISG strategic marketing initiatives

• Provide effective leadership on all initiatives from inception to implementation

• Help build cohesive, consistent messaging and product positioning

• Measure effectiveness and produce reports of accomplishments and business impact

• Coordinate and foster collaborative relationships within the team

• Develop strong, effective relationships with multiple business partners, and work across teams to produce content

• 3-5 years marketing or communications experience - in-house or agency, financial services preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Marketing discipline preferred

• Excellent communications skills

• Project leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional project teams to drive to concrete results and actions

• Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment; ability to manage within tight deadlines

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Ability to incorporate marketing intelligence to drive action and to identify business building opportunities

• Superior organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong relationship building

• Skill in developing new ideas and new approaches to old ideas

• Professional maturity to effectively interface with senior management

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Powerpoint and Excel
