Wayfair Merchandising Supplier Success in Boston, Massachusetts
<p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Merchandising Supplier Success (Senior Associate)</strong><br>This team works with suppliers and cross functional stakeholders to improve supplier satisfaction with Merchandising interactions by providing suppliers the avenues they need to get help in the manner they prefer, execute on requests and escalations efficiently & effectively, and analyze supplier pain points to root cause suboptimal Merchandising workflows. We utilize strong partnerships & expertise of fellow Merch & Tech teams to drive impactful improvements to the supplier and stakeholder Merchandising experience. This role requires analytical and data skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of operational efficiency.</p>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Immerse yourself in the ecommerce industry to understand industry benchmarks as a means to influence and drive roadmaps</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Own and deliver projects end to end taking on ideas at problem statement level with responsibility for discovery, structuring & scoping problems through to delivering the final end product, process, tool or solution</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate & Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects to completion and ensure a cohesive supplier experience across all touch points</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build compelling business cases for change to secure engineering resources to drive automation and enforce tracking of project success against predefined KPIs and metrics</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proactively identify trending issues and work with relevant partners to develop creative and effective solutions with a holistic approach</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Support day-to-day operations</li>
</ul>

<ul class="p-richtextlist p-richtextlist__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">2+ years of relevant experience within an ecommerce or corporate retail organization</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task several projects</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely, strong written and verbal communication skills with external and cross-functional internal stakeholders</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong work ethic and level of urgency</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Attention to detail and ability to catch errors & suggest solutions</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Comfortable working with and learning new technology</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with and manipulating data through in Excel/GSheets</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">SQL/GBQ experience is a plus, but not required</li>
