Boston University NURSE PRACTICTIONER, SHS Student Health Services in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Under the general supervision of the Director of Primary Carer, the NP provides comprehensive primary care diagnostic, educational, preventive and clinical services, and on an as needed basis, first responder services in an ambulatory health care setting, that help to achieve the optimal social growth and development, as well as the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the student patient population. The NP will complete all pertinent electronic medical records and required documentation. The NP will also collect and manage health information and perform clinical tasks including taking vital signs, veni-puncture, point-of-care testing and reporting, administering medications and injections.
Requires: Masters Degree required, strong communication and interpersonal skills and three to five years of experience.
