Bear Mountain Health Care Nursing Scheduler in Boston, Massachusetts
West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in West Roxbury, MA, is currently seeking a full-time scheduler. Experience in scheduling in Long term care setting or related healthcare required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and plan employee schedules
Meet staffing ratios/requirements
Follow protocols for dealing with call-outs
Assist with recruiting new employees
Assist HR department as required
Assist with scheduling resident appoointments
Assist DON and IP with weekly testing
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a nurse scheduler (2-3 years recommended)
Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (recommended)
