Kforce Office 365 Technical Writer in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce has an immediate need for an Office 365 Technical Writer specialist that has prior experience writing FAQ's and training material for large MS Office 365 migration for training and supporting end users. Overview: This position is remote, but requires 2 days a month on site in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). This is a 1-year project with normal business hours. Expenses will be paid if not local when on site. We are looking for someone who has experience in developing Office 365 training material and FAQs. This individual will be doing communications documentation for O365 FAQs and tips for end users.Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide detail FAQ response and content for self-service end user issues related to the project

  • Work with the Microsoft Office 365 technical team and the end Client communication teams to develop end user communications that includes basic Office 365 training, link to exiting Microsoft training materials, and other mutually approved web based content

  • Experience in developing Office 365 training material and FAQs

  • Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
