Robert Half Office Assistant in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

Robert's Half client in Quincy, MA is looking for an Office Assistant to cover a one-month medical leave. You will be responsible for printing requested forms, binding/gluing the forms together (if multiple are requested). You will also have to mail the forms to the correct location. Light reception if needed. A team player and someone reliable is needed for this role.

Start Date: April 1st

Duration: One month - could extend longer

Where: Quincy, MA

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay: $18-19/hr - based on experience

Requirements

  • Less than one year of experience is acceptable

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements

  • Knowledge of back-office support
