Insight Global Onsite Receptionist in Boston, Massachusetts
Insight Global is sourcing for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a not-for-profit community based healthcare organization. The Receptionist/Admin is responsible for providing routine and procedural administrative support to administrative staff at the company. The incumbent will also be responsible for receptionist duties including welcoming visitors on the phone or in person, and directing calls/visitors to the appropriate personnel. This will be an on-site position, requiring the candidate to be on-site Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:30 in Downtown Boston.
Skills and Requirements
-High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
-2-3 years' experience in a similar role
-Must be able to follow company policy by maintaining the visitors logbook.
-Proven ability to maintain a punctual record of attendance
-Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
-Customer orientation focusing on needs of internal customers delivering high quality results; must be able to operate in a positive, helpful and productive manner
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Proven ability to grasp new material quickly; creative, organized, innovative thinker who takes an entrepreneurial approach to the job
-Polished and mature verbal, written, email and phone communication skills; ability to effectively represent the company to a variety of audiences
-Results driven, improvement focused, and action oriented self-starter who can handle various responsibilities simultaneously null
