Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Federal Learning Consultant to join our Federal Learning Development team. This role is vital in ensuring the successful creation and maintenance of instructor-led training materials and performance support assets for a large healthcare system client. The Learning Consultant will act as a subject matter expert in a specific track or service line, support training deployments, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive effective learning solutions. NOTE: Due to the client contract, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen and eligible for federal security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Learning Assets: Create and update instructor-led training materials, performance support tools, and other learning resources to support enterprise software deployments.
Subject Matter Expertise: Amass knowledge in a specific track or service line to provide expertise for the learning team and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align learning solutions with project goals.
Training Deployment Support: Assist deployment teams by providing pre-go-live and continuous education support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Deliver Quality Outputs: Produce high-quality deliverables, such as assessments, curriculum, and eLearning scripts, ensuring they meet client needs and organizational standards.
Customer Service Focus: Commit to superior customer service, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful training outcomes.
Simulated Training Environment Support: Help maintain and update the simulated training environment to ensure alignment with course objectives.
Professional Development: Continually expand your understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and operational efficiency to add value to the team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Marketing, Instructional Design or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
Experience:
At least 4 years of combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of experience in learning/adult education, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, or other client facing HCIT solution work.
At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the role.
Skills:
Proficiency in developing instructor-led training materials and supporting assets.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 to ensure all learning content is inclusive and accessible to all users.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel 15% or less

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
