Responsibilities

Are you our next Program Strategist?

Program Strategists help our teams cut through the noise by developing and facilitating modern, customer and employee-centric strategic experiences during key relationship touchpoints. This highly strategic, collaborative role helps identify and strengthen our messaging, ideates new impactful experiences, and helps push the limits to bring Oracle to life. Program strategists will own the vision and execution of virtual and in-person experiences or events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative, cross functional teams to support diverse programs and events across North America Applications

  • Start with the business problem and develop thoughtful solutions that you will see through to execution

  • Research, create, and orchestrate compelling, clear, and customer or employee centric experiences that promote interaction and memorability (virtually and in-person)

Desired Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 4-6 years’ of meaningful work in program and event development and/or ownership

  • Confidence leading while working with diverse creative, strategic, sales and leadership teams

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, and handle difficult situations with unflappable problem-solving skills

  • Great project management skills, understands how to set expectations and personal priorities

  • Keen attention to detail and a love of excellence in execution

  • Experience in enterprise technology (marketing, sales, etc.)

  • Strong skills in project management platforms (Wrike, SmartSheet, Slack etc)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Adept at foreseeing dependencies and a love of problem solving

  • Strong collaboration and negotiating skills with the art of applied interpersonal negotiation to achieve the best outcome
