Specific responsibilities of the PART TIME PROGRAM COORDINATOR include:
Providing resource and referral support to the MCPAP for Moms team, identifying appropriate behavioral health providers in the patient’s community to be shared with patient and provider, and maintaining and updating resource information
Providing phone coverage as needed for the program phone line and triaging calls
Interacting with MCPAP team psychiatric consultants, therapists, providers, and patients
Responding to requests for information and training from providers
Participating in staff meetings and MCPAP Annual meeting

Requires a High School Diploma or GED; 3-5 years of experience in health care or 2-3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
BA/BS degree preferred
Mental Health or Social Service Background preferred
Must be comfortable with a part time position
