Kelly Services Part Time Receptionist in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

Kelly Services is currently hiring a Part Time Receptionist for our client in Boston's Financial District. This opportunity is a Temp to Perm position in one of Boston's leading law firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors

  • Answering all incoming phones and direct calls appropriately

  • Enforcement and handling of security compliance standards regarding visitor-s badges

  • Coordinating conference room reservations and room preparation/breakdown/clean-up

  • Making mail deliveries to individuals and departments within the building

  • Participating in special assignments and projects as requested by manager

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service related experience required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills required

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment

All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check

The Pay for this role is: $16.50 p/hr.
