The SCO PCA Skills Trainer- Bilingual speaking position provides program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates. Responsible for intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and determining eligibility; carry a caseload of consumers who are enrolled in the PCA Program.

Qualifications: •Minimum of an Associate's degree is required•Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Human Services, preferably with elders•Ability to actively participate in multi-disciplinary team environment with excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills required••Ability to make proper judgments, demonstrated leadership qualities, good written and verbal skills, and ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff members, consumers and partners•Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook•Ability to process information accurately•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team•Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion•Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license for community outreach and home visits•Bilingual candidates will be given priority consideration

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
