Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit
Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients
12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring
Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
Working per diem, 12-hour shifts days or night. 4 shifts in 6 weeks, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience required
Pediatric experience preferred
PALS or ACLS preferred
Office/Site Location:BostonRegular, Temporary, Per Diem:Per Diem Remote Eligibility :Onsite Only
