We are looking for a Phone Hardware Product Marketing Manager to join our team and develop go-to-market strategies with our phone hardware ecosystem partners. You will work cross-functionally with product teams, sales, marketing, and channel teams, to create plans and content to support product launches with promotional planning and collaborative forecasting to helps us reach our goals.
Build relationships with marketing counterparts at hardware partners to create messaging and positioning that showcases our joint innovation and how we solve customer needs
Work with a partner in understanding their go to market and build joint campaigns and programs to drive leads and increase sales
Have a strong understanding of the hardware offerings and end-user use cases
Create and coordinate partner marketing activities with attribution methods
Facilitate the capture and follow up of opportunities to the right sales/channel/partner teams
Manage webinars, events, and other co-marketing activities
Build and get approvals for content, including datasheets, blogs, web pages, presentations
Work with sales and channel enablement on programs
Facilitate go to market for the Zoom Hardware Certification program
You are smart, humble, caring, authentic, and willing to go the extra mile
You enjoy people and building relationships. You are a team player and have the ability to influence and persuade teams to understand and accept proposals
You are technically savvy
You are inquisitive about how things work and can translate this to benefit statements for different hardware choices for different segments and use cases
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
You are a problem solver and proactively anticipate needs
You are a pro at multitasking and prioritization
You’re a self-starter and proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment
You have the desire to deliver the best solution for sales, channel, and the end customers
5+ years working in marketing for a high tech or SaaS company
Experience in video and phone hardware is a plus
