Physician (Psychiatrist), Pratt Psychiatric Associates, Inc. (TMCPO), Boston, MA: The Psychiatrist will, on a full-time basis, provide direct clinical care to patients in the Department of Psychiatrics. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Psychiatric intervention, including diagnostic evaluation, administering proper medication or other therapeutic treatment regiments, admitting patients for hospital stay when applicable, and referring patients to a medical specialist, when necessary. Will provide consultation to other physicians and surgeons. Will provide psychiatric services for Medicare, Medicaid, and low-income patients. In addition to the full-time clinical work, will also perform academic duties, including but not limited to, teaching and research, as is customary to an academic medical institution, as assigned, which may include serving as a co-investigator on funded clinical trials. Basic annual pay is two hundred and thirty thousand dollars. Minimum requirements: MD or Foreign Equivalent.
