<p><strong>This is a fully remote position that requires Eastern Time working hours.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $110,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Job Description: </strong>Wayfair is seeking a dynamic and experienced Post Production Producer to join our Creative Production Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, scheduling, and resourcing our editorial, motion graphics, and visual effects teams. This role requires a deep understanding of post production processes for both digital and broadcast media.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Oversee the daily operations of the post production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li>

<li>Coordinate and manage schedules for editorial, motion graphics, and visual effects teams, balancing workload and resources effectively.</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Production to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.</li>

<li>Ensure high-quality output across various media formats, including social media, email campaigns, web content, and broadcast.</li>

<li>Maintain strong communication with networks to facilitate the trafficking of media for broadcast.</li>

<li>Troubleshoot and resolve any post production issues that arise, ensuring smooth workflow and project completion.</li>

<li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in post production to continuously improve team performance.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in a relevant field</li>

<li>Proven experience in a post production producer role, preferably within a high-paced e-commerce or media environment.</li>

<li>Deep understanding of post production workflows for both digital and broadcast media.</li>

<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal teams and external network contacts.</li>

<li>Demonstrated managerial experience overseeing direct reports.</li>

<li>Proficiency in post production software and tools.</li>

<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li>
