U.S. Bank Process Design Consultant - Consumer Products (100% remote) in Boston, Massachusetts
The Process Improvement Operations Analyst is responsible for leading continuous process improvement initiatives across the Consumer Banking Sales & Support organization. It is part of a Process Excellence Initiative which includes identifying and analyzing processes for opportunities and developing/implementing strategies to drive efficiency gains and leverage automation.
Assess the needs of the business and process requirements for improved operational efficiencies and automation potential.
Measure and assess the capabilities of current processes; analyze the frequency of problems or causes.
Develop analysis to determine root causes of variation, defects, or poor performance.
Lead cross-functional teams and gain support for system and process changes from key stakeholders to ensure timely and complete implementation.
Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics to accomplish business objectives and drive change.
Develop control plans and monitor the performance of the business post-implementation; apply statistical process controls to monitor process behavior.
Create business requirements documentation to completely outline the scope of the project and purpose.
8 years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business function and technical skills. Recognized as an expert in a project area.
Proven experience effectively managing and influencing change within a matrix organization.
Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence business decisions.
Strong management, leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Master's degree in related field.
