The opportunity

Enterprise Technology’s CRM Sales Excellence group enables high quality service delivery to Global Markets stakeholders through the strategic use of technology and in coordination with Mercury, CDW, MDM, PACE and AEM teams. The services produced will coordinate with go-to-market programs at an area and global level.

Your key responsibilities

Combining Sr Business Analyst role with core abilities of a Project Manager, primarily focused on implementing and enhancing a new CRM product. This role requires driving the future strategy & direction of product enhancements, project reporting, BAU enhancements and working collaboratively with lead project manager, developers (Microsoft) and internal stakeholders to ensure the system functionality meets the business needs and leads the future approach to product ownership. The successful candidate will gain a deep working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and help shape the future of sales excellence globally at EY.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the future strategy for product enhancements through deep understanding of the future of Dynamics 365

  • Coordinating various activities related to designing, coding, testing and deployment in support of new applications being built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform using Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud solutions, and related technologies (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, etc.) to meet our business requirements.

  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements.

  • Prioritizing enhancement requests appropriately to mature and enhance application capabilities

  • Coordinates with the team of Engineers thru the project life cycle to help Design, Build and Deliver application, infrastructure, and middleware components on an agreed upon timeline.

  • Ensuring that requirements are clear and well documented.

  • Ensuring that project rigor is in place for the planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.

  • Implementing leading practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.

  • Highlighting/identifying potential gaps in existing functionality or processes and working with stakeholders to find and implement solutions

  • Liaising with developers to determine feasibility, estimate effort, and plan sprints appropriately

  • Learning application functionality and becoming a functional expert over time

  • Coordinating with business units to create and deliver occasional training sessions to end users

  • Provides guidance and performance evaluation of junior staff members

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Senior communication capability required with Global Markets, Service Line and ET leadership. The role also requires relationship management skills to influence and motivate resources from ET that will not be direct reports.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

The role requires a good working knowledge of the IT infrastructure within EY but more importantly a great perspective on the business and the internal stakeholders we serve. The functional requirements of the technology we acquire, build or modify depend on the role’s ability to translate business need into technical requirements. A longer-term roadmap and vision for individual application as well as the broader platforms will be necessary for effective development and deployment of the projects.

Understanding and knowledge of CRM processes and systems would be a distinct advantage. Any prior knowledge or experience of Dynamics 365 preferred. Extensive use and experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira or a similar technology highly desirable.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).

  • 3+ years of BA experience with any of CRM platforms is preferred

  • 3+ Years of CRM Support Experience

  • 3+ Years Data Analysis Experience

  • Well versed in SQL and Relational Databases

  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution

  • Agile SAFe certified, or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills

  • High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently •Strong project management capabilities with ability to multi-task

  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus.

  • Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $133,300 to $249,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $160,000 to $283,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
