About the Role:

As the Product Management Executive, you will lead strategy, development and client engagement efforts across the advice and planning tools that are available to employees who have access to our workplace benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to imagine, prototype, and deliver compelling new capabilities to millions of Bank of America customers and help them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement efforts on new retirement / planning tools and solutions

  • Support overall client acquisition strategy for the Advice and planning solutions

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teammates to develop high quality Go-to-Market strategies and product positioning

  • Evaluate and incorporate client and key stakeholder feedback

  • Act as key point of contact for Clients, Institutional Consultants, and Internal Partners

  • Develop and own a multi-year product roadmap

  • Translate front end frameworks to backend frameworks

  • Understand the competitive landscape and assess strategic opportunities and threats

  • Construct full product vision and strategy to guide launching of product

  • Partners with various stakeholders to establish clear definition of scope of work, define business requirements and overall design

  • Lead and manage cross functional teams throughout the various phases of a product launch

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of point-of-sale product experience

  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter

  • Exceptional critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to lead diverse cross functional teams and demonstrated success in moving product initiatives from “white board” to the

  • marketplace

  • Experience working through challenges independently and developing clear actionable plans

  • Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodologies

  • A proven record of developing creative solutions to complex problems, challenging the status quo, and advocating for change

Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years’ of point-of-sale product experience & Retirement experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading a cross functional team and large scale technology initiatives

  • Experience with developing Workplace Benefit products for Businesses

  • Experience with JIRA

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation a plus
