  • Open-minded, curious, and resourceful

  • Background with financial services, CRM tools and lead generation business processes

  • Provide business vision and roadmap for ensuring lead generation is seamless and integrates with various channels during the sales cycle

  • Share ideas, solicit/integrate feedback, design and solve collaboratively


  • One or more of the following: Dynamics 365 Marketing, ClickDimensions, Hubspot or Marketo. Ideally they are someone who’s worked with a few tools and is an expert in the space and is able to walk through the pros and cons of each and help us assess what is going to work best for our set of use cases

  • Ideally some experience D365 CRM and can speak to what marketing automation platforms work better with that CRM vs. something like SFDC

  • B2B Lead Generation – the deeper the knowledge here the better

  • Understand current systems and provide a product roadmap to realize vision for business growth
