Description

A new product initiative team in health is seeking a Product Manager - Tech, to be a leader within a high growth team. We are an impact driven group with a bold mission to help customers improve a broad health related experience. The right individual for this role will thrive in an innovative, collaborative environment and will leverage Earns Trust frequently to work in synchrony with multiple stakeholders to deliver to aggressive timelines while insisting on the highest standards for the customer experience.

As a Product Manager - Tech, you will own product innovations and define a product vision to support an exciting roadmap for a version-one product. You are a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity and is comfortable wearing many hats. You create highly functional products that balance accuracy and efficiency, and speed to deliver to customers. Collaboration is critical to your process. Your work is informed by partners, research, metrics, and high judgement. Candidates should have strong customer focus and business judgment, and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable features and distinct phases. The ability to influence cross functionally and across the organization, at all levels, will be absolutely critical to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

-Lead within a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary

-Use partners, research, metrics, and high judgement to define strategy, write business requirements, provide technical input, and develop product roadmaps for the projects you own

-Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts and rationale for product decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences including senior leadership.

-You will be responsible for the overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders of products that you own and run

-Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features

-Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

-Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
