Wayfair Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

<p>This is an onsite role in our Boston office. You will be required to be in the office Tues though Thurs, with Mon and Fri remote.&nbsp;</p>

Within Global Supplier Technology (GST), the Catalog Submission team owns the strategy, design, and engineering of Wayfair’s Product Addition workflows, enabling suppliers to add and effectively merchandise their products on Wayfair’s platform.</p>

<p>As a Product Manager on our Catalog Submissions team, you will own the discovery, definition, and launch of new capabilities supporting making product addition easier, faster, and more efficient. You will partner with user experience design, machine learning, business, and engineering stakeholders across our merchant and customer experiences. You will launch new offerings and optimize existing experiences to enable suppliers to be successful at selling on Wayfair, increasing the breadth + depth of our catalog, and improving overall listing quality for customers.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Leverage a deep understanding of our customers, business strategy, and KPIs to define and drive the vision for catalog management and merchandising.</li>

<li>Use a combination of user experience and data science to optimize our product portfolio to improve both supplier and customer outcomes and maximize value to Wayfair.</li>

<li>Own roadmap planning and manage execution with a dedicated engineering team.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Evolve our strategy as we learn and adjust our business goals, and work cross-functionally to continually improve velocity of insights and experimentation.</li>

<li>Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments, including the rest of Catalog Management.</li>

<li>Partner with the engineering team to drive timely and smooth execution through sprint rituals like grooming, planning and retrospective.</li>

<li>Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for product management and merchandising.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>2+ years experience in product management</li>

<li>Track record of building high-impact products</li>

<li>Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically</li>

<li>Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights</li>

<li>Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization</li>

<li>Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude</li>

<li>Experience managing a team</li>

<li>Cross-functional leadership experience</li>
