Summary:

Meta is seeking a Business Product Marketing Manager to join Meta's Ads Experiences team. The Ads Experiences team develops new products that are focused on adding meaningful value for businesses who advertise and consumers who experience advertising across Meta's apps.The focus of this role will be on early identification and validation of market opportunity, as well as understanding business and consumer needs for advertising and how they interrelate. An integral part of this role is finding and verifying product market fit as the team manages the full product lifecycle within Meta’s ads business.The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing new products and is knowledgeable and passionate about ads experiences for both advertisers and consumers alike. They must have experience effectively collaborating across a diverse organization of engineering, product and business entities to drive results.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, Ads Experiences Responsibilities:

1. Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, partnering with the Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications teams and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market and drive alignment internally

2. Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, qualitative and quantitative analysis and maintain a strategic view of the complete advertising ecosystem – including both business and consumer needs

3. Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation and product requirements

4. Partner closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions

5. Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch

6. Develop the go-to-market strategy for product releases across multiple Meta teams and execute upon those plans

7. Partner with the Sales team in handling customer questions and with the Engineering and Product teams to coordinate troubleshooting these tools

8. Assess adoption of released products and conduct analysis on impact to the business

9. Partner effectively with the Product Management team and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications for new products

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience working in technology, advertising, digital marketing, management consulting or equivalent function

2. BA/BS degree

1. Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data Science and Research teams

2. Experience in product marketing/management in the web technology sector, with experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

3. Experience influencing product development and strategy

4. Experience collaborating and leading cross-functionally with experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

5. Quantitative analytical and communication skills

6. MBA
