The Product Marketing Manager will assist with the go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, enablement, and content for Oracle Health.
Market Analysis: position and define ways to boost market share, considering such things as customer segmentation, industry segmentation, and product TCO/ROI.
Content Creation: Produce a range of content to fuel top, middle, and bottom of the funnel marketing activities, from partnering with marcomms to develop messaging for digital ads, to creating thought provoking pitch decks and detailed sales kits.
Solution Messaging/Positioning: Act as storyteller for the solutions, leveraging high impact and differentiated solution positioning and messaging.
Sales Tools: Work alongside product SMEs to develop and deliver high-impact repeatable sales tools such as collateral, presentations, case studies, competitive positioning, etc.
Buying/Sales Cycle: Blueprint buyer’s journey and map buyer decisions / information needs at each stage
Collaboration/Alignment: Collaborate and drive alignment across an array of internal teams (such as Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing) to define appropriate product marketing mix, strategy, and go-to-market activities.
What You Will Do
3+ years of experience in product marketing with focus on content creation for sales enablement
3+ years healthcare sector, preferably the enterprise space.
3+ years of experience write, present, and effectively creating messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.
3+ years of content enablement and creation skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives.
3+ years of driving transformation and partnering closely with cross-functional teams and translate high volumes of ambiguous or conflicting information into concise insights.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
