Insight Global Product Portfolio Enablement Manager- INDIA in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Product Portfolio Enablement Manager will join a top Consulting firm within the Digital Products Organization. The PPEM is a value-focused leader within the organization, bringing expertise in portfolio administration, including vendor management, budget management, and meeting planning. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, independent self-direction, team collaboration, and open communication. This role supports the Digital Collaboration Product Portfolio Lead to ensure value delivery aligned with performance goals.

The Knowledge Product Portfolio Team drives the vision, strategy, and product delivery of internal knowledge products used by the entire workforce and specific to the Knowledge function. Key products include Knowledge Navigator (KN), BCG's primary knowledge management platform, and request management products. The portfolio also includes 30+ products ranging from content management solutions to survey tools and knowledge capture workflow tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the Product Portfolio Lead coordinate resourcing with Product Owners and Chapter Leads

  • Track Product Portfolio and squad level KPI performance & value realization

  • Coordinate reporting for key portfolio metrics including service now tickets, agile details (velocity, lead time), heartbeat survey and vulnerabilities

  • Support the preparation for Product Portfolio level strategy sessions, including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews

  • Assist the Product Portfolio Lead with communications on Product Portfolio progress to key stakeholders

  • Manage financials for the Product Portfolio by liaising with Finance Business Partners

  • Partner with the Agile COE, HR Business Partners and Recruiting to support Product Portfolio resourcing, and staffing of teams

  • Actively manage the complete 'slate' of resources ensuring all roles are filled or being actively recruited for

  • Support vendor management activities in conjunction with Portfolio leadership
