Our industry-leading fintech client is seeking a Credit & Collections Product SME.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $95 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
· Evaluate current state credit and collections process to document areas or digitalization/transformation to a modern, automated future state.
· Conduct a current state analysis on its Credit and Collections functions and process.
· Provide a roadmap and strategic guidance based on findings for a modern digital future state.
· Design, map, configure and test processes and systems for an optimal role out
· Work with technology partners around Design and Architecture of future state roll out
· Evaluate clients workflow and process and make recommendations on how to achieve an appropriate and efficient roll out plan and roadmap
· Prepare/revise written requirements for success criteria to jointly prepare implementation plans with the selected vendor.
· Provide domain expertise to align module configuration.
· Perform functional testing as it relates to systems requirements, analysis, configuration, design, and deployment.
· Work with the team to define the success metrics (KPIs) and engineering prioritization for product stories.
· Collaborate with cross functional Intuit stakeholders to design and build requirements for the Launch, while ensuring communication of target achievement and potential obstacles
· Prioritize design requirements and partner with Intuit product teams and stakeholders to deliver towards roadmap.
· Provide consulting and best practices around credit and collections tooling
· Track and report progress of deliverables, milestones, areas of risk and potential disruption or business challenges to client stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
· Strong domain knowledge within Credit & Collections tools and processes
· Examples of tools: High Radius, Lariat, Trustradius etc.
· Has driven module implementation.
· Worked on design/configuration and has driven end to end testing
· Served in either a product Mgmt./Owner type role or BSA/Lead
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
