CoStar Risk Analytics, located in Boston, MA, works with market participants across the commercial real estate (CRE) lending spectrum. Our solution provides lenders with the ability to better target business, appropriately price loans, make informed approval of credits, actively manage their portfolio with robust stress testing and surveillance measures, assess refinance risk and execute with a disciplined framework. Our clients include both public and private lenders, ranging from commercial banks and financial institutions to pension funds and insurance companies as well as government and rating agencies.

Role Description: We are looking for a dedicated and client-oriented Product Training Specialist to join the growing Boston-based team. This role requires a combination of knowledge of our risk product, portfolio analytical skills and client communication skills. The role is to help facilitate clients’ product adoption process and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for servicing the product to our clients post sale throughout the support phases, with a focus on providing clients with training and support on data requirement, product implementation and user guidance. This individual needs to be a self-starter who can work both independently and a part of a larger team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, and create and update product and training materials for external clients through various methods (i.e. videos, presentations, user guides, job aids, etc.).

  • Educate clients on data requirement, product features, and functionality.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure they are updated on product new features and enhancements.

  • Gather and evaluate feedback to improve client experience and product offerings.

  • Promote positive and engaging client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal resources to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with other organization members including product and marketing to create a knowledge base and promote training offerings.

  • Research, analyze, and organize information, and present it in a clear, concise, and accurate way.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, real estate, or accounting from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, or lending.

  • Prior experience in customer service, client support and interactions.

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data analysis skills.

  • Exceptional experience in customer service, involving effective communication and relationship-building with clients through phone, email or in-person interactions.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Previous experience creating and presenting user/product training materials.

  • Positive attitude, team player, enthusiastic to learn.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Knowledgeable in various tools to create and manage documents, such as content management systems, graphics software, is preferred

  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
