Kforce Program Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts
Kforce's client in the Boston, Massachusetts (MA) area is seeking a Program Coordinator on a temporary basis.Responsibilities include:
Create 9-month schedule for all aspects of the workshops
Ensure all components of the schedule are on track and delivered on time
Coordinate and update marketing email lists in Constant Contact
Ensuring marketing email content is complete and approved, test and send on agreed dates
Draft and oversee launch of registration forms
Track registration
Coordinate and track payments to faculty, coaches, speakers and student workers
Complete standard contracts for speakers, faculty and coaches-upon approval, distribute, track and ensure they are executed, returned and filed in the Google Drive
Confirm registrant final counts, finalize and oversee catering delivery & cleanup, confirm room set up for each workshop, attend, oversee student staff, leave rooms in order following each workshop day
Track Grant expenses; ensure accuracy of Grant and individual workshop P&L reports
Minimum 2 years of experience helping run conferences, paid events or workshops
Agile, adaptable, and highly functioning in a new environment
Self-starter, problem solver
Meticulous record keeper
Detail oriented
Service oriented: demonstrated ability to deliver highest level of personal service to our fee paying registrants
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Constant Contact
Beginner level Qualtrics skills to create and analyze simple surveys
Payroll skills preferred, but not required
