Oracle Program Manager 4-ProdDev in Boston, Massachusetts
Job Description
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project goals, monitoring progress, and providing strategic direction to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Strategy:
Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and goals that align with organizational priorities.
Create detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Identify and manage program risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Project Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are aligned with program objectives.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to define program requirements, expectations, and objectives.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, including progress, risks, and issues.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present program reports, including status updates, performance metrics, and executive summaries.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, decisions, and changes.velopment and implementation process of a specific company product.
Responsibilities
Defining KPI for release management dashboards and status reporting
Develop relevant reports and dashboards (power bi/oracle analytics cloud)
Help define bi strategy in terms of migration from existing bi tools
Provide technical expertise in cloud data analytics, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and security policies.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
