Our Business Risk team is at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and resilience of our operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. We are seeking a candidate with:

• Knowledge of risk and controls in corporate functions such as corporate finance, global treasury, global credit, and global HR.

• Excellent project management skills to create organization within the team and work across different pillars.

• Ability to manage issue and incident management effectively.

• Proven experience in consolidating roles and providing immediate support to teams.

• Adept at working in a fluid and dynamic environment, adapting to the needs of various business units.

Responsibilities

• Execute business risk management requirements on behalf of risk functions.

• Collaborate with various business units on risk and control assessments, audit engagements, and ensuring appropriate resolution of findings.

• Address incidents promptly and report non-financial risk items.

• Provide support to a team of 8 people working with consolidated business units.

• Manage internal projects related to consolidation efforts and team activities.

• Develop and implement an issue escalation protocol for specific findings, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. Excellent Communication Skills

2. Project Management or Involvement

3. Understanding of Risk Management and/or Controls

4. Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Top 3 Nice-to-Haves:

1. Banking Experience

2. Control Testing

3. Advanced Excel Skills

Background and Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, or Risk & Controls

• Proven experience supporting risk functions in a corporate environment

• Solid understanding of risk and controls in various corporate functions (e.g., corporate finance, global treasury, global credit, global HR)
