ICF Consulting Group, Inc. Project Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

Project Coordinator, Energy Efficiency Jackson MS - Remote To support our growth, we are seeking candidates with interest in utility energy efficiency programs and knowledge of energy-efficient technologies associated with commercial building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed

  • Interface with customers and contractors participating in utility sponsored programs

  • Monitor and upload incentive applications and assign for review per program policies and procedures

  • Review project application forms and submittals by customers, contractors, engineers, consultants, and other program participants in order to ascertain compliance with program policies and procedures

  • Review invoices for accuracy, as well as tracking program metrics, to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures

  • Process paperwork for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with or follow up on program quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong time management, communication, and organization skills

  • Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience or

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience

  • Strong experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • An advanced understanding of Excel is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Comfort in learning and using digital tools

  • Outstanding analytical, writing and communication skills

  • Utility, energy efficiency or equivalent trade experience a plus

  • Experience working with databases

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast pace environment

  • Familiarity with energy efficiency, lighting, HVAC and other related technologies
