WTW Project Manager 1 in Boston, Massachusetts

The Role

  • Manage the client interactions, communications, and expectations and build a trusted relationship based on core benefits knowledge and ability to consult on basic issues/solutions.

  • Prepare for quarterly business review meetings with a consultative approach, including data to support trends and suggested process changes. Partner with all lines of business to present as one WTW to the client.

  • Ability to manage project plans and budgets, which accurately reflect the project’s scope, deliverables, and timeline

  • Manage project financial status including planned/current status. Understand and document the drivers of write-offs & effectively communicate current deviations from the budget projections.

  • Work with finance, FMT, and other business leaders to achieve an on-time Invoice objective across all Benefits Outsourcing clients.

  • Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and client dashboard measures to proactively manage client-level impact.

  • Provide clients with high quality service and adhere to established PM standards.

  • Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.

  • Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.

The Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in projects involving the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment

  • Sense of accountability, owning one’s work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and work with others to coordinate client priorities

Desire to learn, accept new challenges, and have fun

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with

requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for

different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role,

individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the

role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
