Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently as well as plan and perform analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. This position will be full time and remote.
What You’ll Do
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
Facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Regularly assess risk status and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Gather feedback and ensure stakeholder needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications
Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate change management techniques. Ensure any changes are communicated and approved by stakeholders
Track project performance against key metrics and KPIs
Use data to drive decision-making and improvements in project processes
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Ensure clear and concise reporting to stakeholders
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future projects
What You'll Need
Required:
Fifteen (15) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience as a Project Manager
Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience working with PMO
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience negotiating and influencing
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience coordinating software requirements and working with development teams.
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience delivering programs that support agile/literative transformation, communication, design, and execution
Experience in a Care Case Management-related environment
Experience working with Application and Data Migration projects
Experience working with HIPPA-constrained data elements
Experience with data elements related to EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
