Actalent Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description:

  • Responsible for traveling across various client locations to manage projects

  • Overall responsible for project execution and making sure projects stay on budget

  • Manage and run multiple store projects at various construction stages

  • Manage scope and schedule for assigned projects

  • Coordinate and track all vendor change orders

  • Coordinate activities of other vendors and contractors onsite

  • Act as the client liaison during field visits and provide on-site support and guidance

  • Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders, invoices, and pay applications, and update tracking reports

  • Measure project performance and schedule against base plan for potential cost escalations

  • Manage timely close-out process including punch-list completion, warranty documentation and fulfillment, and schedule

  • Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation

Skills:

Program management, Construction management, Project management, Commercial construction, Project coordination, Construction documentation, Project scheduling, Blueprint, Electrical

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management. or Construction Management preferred

  • Experience in multisite, program management, renovation programs, etc. ideally within food & beverage or fast food project type ideal
