The role of the Overnight Supervisor & Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service. This person is also expected to make a high contribution to guest satisfaction and provide for all the guests\' needs including but not limited to concierge services, bellhop services (when at a hotel), cleaning, and other tasks as requested by guests or hotel staff.
