Summary

The Regional I&D Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the pre-planning and preparation of the installation and dismantle process, as well as tracking, confirming, and verifying the process for each show. This role involves professional interaction with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to ensure the highest level of service excellence.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team and is eligible to work a remote schedule.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist surrounding areas with I & D Support

  • Reach out to clients, exhibitors and display houses for essential booth installation information

  • Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files

  • Execute communications via email and phone calls to clients, exhibitors and display houses

  • Interact with internal Freeman personnel including I&D Managers, Supervisors, Exhibitor Services, Directors, field representatives and other departments on a daily basis

  • Cultivate new and existing relationships with clients, exhibitors and display houses

  • Generate correspondence and handle special projects

  • Develop and modify practices that improve the workflow of documents

  • Assist with other projects and special assignments as required by Freeman Management Team

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) systems. Ability to learn fast with an expectation to learn additional software programs Maintain a storage system to be able to share I&D information for each show and keep historical information for further reference

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
