Citizens Bank Retail Regional Branch Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

As Regional Manager (RM), you will play a pivotal role in achieving business results by bridging retail strategic objectives to branch behaviors and deliverables. Reporting into the Retail Director, you will act as the primary coach and advisor to the branch manager’s (BM) to ensure that business processes and a branded customer experience are being implemented consistently. As an ambassador for Citizens, you would be a visible representative in the community cultivating referral and prospective opportunities. Identifying a pipeline of diverse talent for current needs as well as developing future leaders is also a critical component to the RM role.

In this critical role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a service environment: Building and promoting branch identity, driving sales, and promoting overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and branch success

  • Building and Managing a high performing region: Demonstrating accountability by taking ownership of the business and willingness to make customer-focused decisions when needed

  • Coaching and developing team members to drive results: Supporting colleagues in achieving their goals and career aspirations

  • Translating strategy to ensure execution excellence

  • Promoting and ensuring a positive work environment

  • Managing bank visibility/recognition in the communities within the region

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff

  • Proven track record with sales and new business development in conjunction with meeting/exceeding individual and team sales goals

  • Proven ability to manage multiple franchise profit and loss objectives

  • Multiple branch management experience required

  • Role will sit either in an office location in Florida or Washington, DC

    Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High School degree or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

    Hours & Work Schedule

    Hours per Week: 40

    Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, some weekends and evenings required
