Keurig Dr Pepper Risk Management Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Overview

We are looking for an insurance professional who will be a member of Keurig Dr. Pepper’s (KDP) Insurance & Risk Management function within the Finance & Treasury team. This individual will support the Director of Risk Management regarding all aspects of corporate insurance programs. Responsibilities include compilation of underwriting information, data analytics, claims administration and maintenance of insurance records and data.

In this Opportunity You Will…

  • Aggregate data from operating companies and analyze data to better understand potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions

  • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results to senior management teams

  • Develop and implement systems and processes for gathering and storing data for annual underwriting reviews

  • Help evaluate insurance program solutions as KDP expands working with operating companies to mitigate risks and standardize risk management practices

  • Aid in evaluation and implementation of captiv e assessing risks to be insured by the captive, developing policy language, and managing claims

  • Lead certificates of insurance issuance process with our insurance broker and team members

  • Create and drive process for insurance policy billing/invoicing and developing premium allocations

    Essential Functions

  • Support in the delivery and continuous improvement of best-in-class corporate risk management programs and services including:

  • Collect and analyze renewal information; ensure timely receipt of renewal documentation including Invoicing, Binder, Policy, Endorsements, etc.

  • Supporting Safety and Fire Loss Prevention Programs

  • Data Analytics and enhancing Risk Management Information System capabilities

  • Monitor Risk Management email inbox and respond to insurance inquiries and service requests, including contract reviews and request for certificates of insurance

  • Assist with department administration including development of procedures, processing invoices, and maintenance of insurance schedules and department records


  • 0 to 3 years of experience as a risk analyst in related field

  • Bachelor's degree with a Risk Management Insurance (RMI) or Finance concentration preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Agile to react well in dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and thrive for continuous improvement

  • Professional Risk Management certification (e.g., ARM) or willingness to pursue such designation a plus

  • Proficiency working with MS Office tools, including strong Excel, Power Point, and Tableau a plus
