The Staff Nurse will be responsible for:
Caring for post-surgical pediatric patients.
Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
A minimum of 2 years of inpatient Boston Children’s Hospital RN experience or 2 years of other pediatric inpatient experience.
Post-surgical care experience preferred.
Mandell 3 is an evolving 12 bed short stay Observation Unit focusing on post-surgical patients, incorporating both pediatric and maternal fetal care. Hours will be day/night rotation, flexibility with 8/10/12 hour shifts. No set weekend rotation, but Friday nights and Saturday days will be required, along with holiday commitment.
