Hire Digital Sales Development Representative in Boston, Massachusetts

Hire Digital helps enterprises and growth companies build and enhance their digital capabilities with a world-class network of digital marketers, developers, and designers. We work with companies such as Unilever, Stripe, Shopify, Philips, and Marriott, assembling dedicated teams for their full-time or project-basis staffing. Using a business consultancy model, we partner with some of the fastest-growing start-ups and enterprises in the world to help them grow and scale their digital programs with improved ROIs and decreased costs.

Our approach to solving the talent skill gap and supporting agile, digital teams are unlike more traditional recruiters, agencies, and consultancies. We leverage technology and millions of data points in our human cloud network to improve speed to market and agility for our clients. We have seen great growth this year and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be part of our sales team and our business into creating, even more, wins for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find & nurture key sales opportunities : Your number one priority is to ensure our clients see value in their talent engagements. We predominantly work with well-funded companies and enterprises, where you will be a trusted advisor and partner helping them think through (and execute,) marketing and digital team formation and how best to achieve growth targets. Our clients trust us because of our expertise and willingness to disrupt all elements of talent and resourcing. You will be seen as a thought partner, tasked with building out best-in-class talent and digital strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work alongside our key teams, including Marketing, Talent, and Product, to refine the working process to scale growth.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Someone with exposure to marketing and digital; your background holds clout, opens doors for you, and builds trust with potential clients. You may have been in sales or account management where you were responsible for getting clients in the door and keeping them engaged throughout the customer journey. You use this past knowledge to inspire confidence in our future and current clients.

  • Entrepreneurial, a fast thinker, and a disruptor; you’ve spent your career knowing that your work ethic means you outpace your colleagues. You can deliver on work more quickly than most people you know. You value speed and can bring a team along with you to perform at that level. You apply the 80/20 rule and strive for great enough, not perfect.

  • Someone who inspires confidence in clients and is great at building relationships; you are able to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders very quickly and earn their trust. You understand how to embed yourself in a client’s team and make people feel comfortable even when disrupting the way they currently work.
