You are:

Have you developed a reputation for your ability to strategize, analyze, design and implement important B2B eCommerce initiatives?  Do clients rely on you to create and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for the B2B solution? If leading Salesforce technical teams through the design and development of complex transactional systems sounds like a challenge you want to tackle, then we want to meet you.

The work:

  • Lead large-scale eCommerce implementations, utilizing Salesforce Commerce B2B , providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration

  • Independently lead the estimation effort for a project

  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures

  • Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements

  • Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems

  • Optimize application performance and scalability

  • Assist Project Leadership conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning

  • Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualifications

    Here’s what you ’ll need :

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce application architecture and software development

  • 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce Commerce B2B and Community Clou d platform s

  • 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce Lightning platform

  • Salesforce Application Architect or Technical Architect C ertification

    Bonus points if:

  • Knowledge of Commerce domain in general and B2B Commerce specifically. Understand unique aspects of B2B Commerce vis-a-vis' B2C Commerce.

  • Knowledge of B2B Commerce processes, capabilities.

  • Knowledge of Commerce interactions and integrations (across domains/capabilities such as Service, OMS, ERP/Fulfillment, Fraud, Payment, Tax, Loyalty, Subscriptions etc.)

  • Be able to articulate Solution architecture for B2B Commerce, its role within Enterprise Architecture and the role Commerce plays in supporting end-to-end workflows

  • Articulate the difference and solution for the difference between Commerce frontend and backend including responsive UI/UX

  • Know Salesforce B2B Commerce & SF Experience Cloud with understanding of what these SF products/modules can and cannot do, what can be configured and what might be a customization, effort and timeline needed

  • Knowledge of SF-B2B Commerce, SF-Experience Cloud and SF-CMS, as well as SF-Platform, understand the SF data model, Ability to configure, customize B2B Commerce, setup integrations, flows, create UIs, modify existing UIs, understand how data can be migrated and loaded

  • Knowledge of SF Core technology skills - Apex, Lightning Web Components, database/objects, SOQL, javascripts, html, css, data loader tools

  • Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio Code, writing test and automation scripts for data load/manipulation

  • Ability to recommend best practice for designing the Commerce solution including steps to take for optimized site performance

  • Certifications in Salesforce, in the areas of B2B Commerce Administration, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, CMS SF Platform Administration is a bonus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
